Coupon Builder

The Coupon department are responsible for ensuring that all sporting coupons are delivered to the retail shop estate. As a coupon builder you will build all the required coupons through coupon builder and supply them to the retail estate within the timescales provided.

40-hour contract - Any 5 days from 7 (Excluding Saturdays, Subject to change).

Working hours – 7.00am – 3.30pm. (Subject to change)

The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Build and send sporting coupons to the retail estate daily.
• Design new coupons and coupon headers as and when required.
• Collate all football excels and prioritise the workload.
• Liaise with various departments within the business such as the Trading Team, Security, Helpdesk, Marketing and Regional teams to ensure that any issues dealt with efficiently.
• Manage incoming calls from the retail estate, dealing with any queries.
• Manage the coupon display guide each day.  

To be successful in this role you will need:

• A good understanding of the gambling industry with a keen interest and knowledge of sports.
• Good IT skills including MS excel with the ability to type efficiently and accurately.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyse information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible approach to work, with the ability to multitask.
•  The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
