Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing Director and coordinate marketing efforts across key business areas. This role requires a highly organized individual who can efficiently manage financial processes, facilitate communication between departments, and assist in executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need to succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director, including managing schedules, correspondence, and key initiatives.
- Act as a central coordinator across marketing, finance and other business areas to ensure alignment on marketing activities.
- Manage and process marketing purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
- Track and reconcile marketing budgets, providing regular updates to the team.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns to support Campaign Managers where needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for invoicing and budget-related queries.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Organize internal marketing events and department meetings
- Ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with budget tracking, PO management, and cross-functional coordination is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Administrator or in a finance-related administrative role would be a ideal.
