Q: Do I need to bring proof of eligibility to work in the UK to the interview?

Yes. It is a legal requirement for Betfred to check that all applicants have the appropriate documents to evidence that they can work in the UK before offering employment. If you are invited to an interview, please bring the documents with you.

Q: Do you have a dress code?

It is important to us that all colleagues feel comfortable at work, so we operate a relaxed dress code at all our Head Offices. You will be supplied with guidelines on this when joining us. In the Retail shops we supply branded polo shirts and in the winter a branded fleece.

Q: Is there an option for hybrid working?

Due to the nature of retail, hybrid working is not possible. However, most of our departments in head offices operate a hybrid working pattern which can be discussed at the interview stage.
