We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Traffic Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll help ensure smooth workflows, consistent quality, and top-notch delivery across all creative projects, while also supporting broader brand and marketing efforts.
About the Role
As our Traffic Manager, you will oversee project flow across Betfred’s campaign teams and design studio, working closely with campaign managers, designers, copywriters, and the wider marketing team. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and allocating resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standard.
In addition to traffic management, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality control across all creative outputs and supporting broader marketing activities, including campaign planning, briefing, and coordination.
Exceptional organisational skills, a strong understanding of the campaign and creative process, and an ability to build relationships across departments are essential.
Responsibilities
Traffic Management
- Act as the central point of contact for project scheduling, overseeing workflow, prioritising projects, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Manage resource allocation for various projects, balancing team workloads and identifying potential bottlenecks in advance.
- Maintain a comprehensive view of all ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring effective communication between teams.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with campaign leads and design managers to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implement and maintain project management tools to track tasks, feedback, and approvals, ensuring efficiency throughout the process.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs and communication between team members and departments, maintaining a high standard of work output across all projects.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and any changes.
- Build strong relationships with marketing and product teams to understand campaign objectives and optimise workflows.
- Proactively address stakeholder concerns, ensuring expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
Quality Control:
- Act as the final checkpoint for creative outputs, reviewing assets to ensure they meet brand standards and campaign requirements before delivery to relevant teams.
Process Improvement
- Continuously assess and refine the studio’s project management processes to improve efficiency and quality of work.
- Identify and address gaps in workflows, implementing best practices to streamline processes.
- Provide feedback on project briefs to ensure clarity and improve the kickoff process.

Skills & Experience
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented Traffic Manager with a passion for managing creative projects and campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and bring a collaborative approach to managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience: 3+ years in a traffic management, project management, or studio management role within a creative or marketing environment. Solid understanding of creative and production processes for digital, print, and multimedia projects.
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships, managing personalities, and facilitating clear communication across teams.
- Organisation: A master of prioritisation, time management, and multi-tasking, capable of juggling multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly articulate creative processes and project requirements.
- Quality Control: A meticulous eye for detail to ensure assets meet brand and creative standards before delivery.
- Creative Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the end-to-end creative process, from initial briefing to the production of final assets.
- Campaign & Brand Support: Experience supporting broader marketing efforts, including campaign planning, briefing, and strategy alignment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com. Strong command of the MS Office Suite, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with the betting or gaming industry.
- Experience managing creative outputs across various formats, including social media, digital, print, and multimedia.
