About the Role

As our Campaign Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving our brand forward by creating, managing, and executing high-impact 360 campaigns that bring our brand to life. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our marketing, product, and business objectives, ensuring our campaigns are not only aligned with our brand’s vision but also resonate with audiences. Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and execute integrated campaigns across all channels and touchpoints, from digital to in-shop, social media to PR.
  • Media Planning: Develop and implement media strategies that maximize campaign reach and engagement, working closely with media partners and analysing the effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Agency Management: Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, ensuring all partners are aligned with our brand vision and deliver high-quality outputs on time and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, trading, product and more to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Creative Development: Bring your creative flair to the ideation process, working with internal and external creatives to develop compelling visuals, messaging, and brand assets.
  • Production Management: Oversee the production process from start to finish, including briefing creative agencies, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet our high standards.
  • Toolkit Creation: Develop toolkits and guidelines that ensure consistent brand messaging and assets across markets and channels, providing teams with everything they need for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and analyse campaign success, optimizing where needed and using insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across the business, keeping key stakeholders informed and engaged throughout each campaign.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience: At least 2 years in campaign management, ideally producing 360 campaigns that cover digital, print, social, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional project management skills with a talent for juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines without missing a beat.
  • Creative Thinking: A flair for innovation and the ability to bring fresh, bold ideas to every project.
  • People Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Production Insight: An understanding of the creative and production processes, from briefing to final delivery, and an eye for quality.
