Overview
The Gaming Retail Support Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Gaming team to ensure we drive revenue and strive to give the best gaming experience on the high street whilst keeping Safer Gambling as a key focus. The role will collaborate with the wider business including Head of Office Departments, Operational Teams and Suppliers. They will ensure all documentation and in house reports are maintained and roadmaps are managed and delivered.
As a Gaming Retail Support Administrator, you will build relationships, would have the desire to gain product knowledge and must have excellent attention to detail. Your role will want to make a difference to the business and the department.
There will be office space available in Birchwood & Manchester with some opportunities to work in the field on a 40 hour, 5 from 7 working week
Responsibilities
· Answer all FOBT related queries from departments such as Customer Service, Compliance, Security & Business Intelligence.
· Communicate with all departments including operations and shop teams when necessary.
· Liaise with Marketing and the CRM team to ensure campaigns are on track with monitoring of once live.
· Analyse and react to in house reporting to ensure the FOBT estate is operating efficiently trying to mitigate risk and to uphold business continuity.
· Build a supplier relationship so product & content roadmaps can be managed and discussed.
· Manage FOBT asset register and coordinate any stock removals, installs and repairs.
· Assist and support with any Retail Gaming team projects or changes to the FOBT business.
· Identify opportunities that help drive success of the product and the teams’ working practises.
· Keep up to date with any Gambling Commission objectives relating to responsible gambling on gaming machines.
