·      Delivering a positive customer experience within the building,

·      Be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers 

·      Support and facilitate events and meetings within the building

·      Host and manage meeting rooms and the tenant lounge, maintaining a high standard of presentation, and undertaking light cleaning duties in designated areas

·      Support customers to make connections with each other

·      Have the confidence to take ownership of a range of building issues

·      Manage and allocate posts to the relevant tenants

·      Ordering Stationery/beverages, tea, coffee, etc

What you’ll need to succeed

·      Skills and experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service

·      Motivation and positive attitude

·      Someone who will go above and beyond for customers

·      Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with people at all levels in a friendly, engaging way

·      Proactive approach to work

·      Able to embrace and evidence Betfred's company values

·      Experience with appropriate IT Systems, including Microsoft Office

·      Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
