Retail Marketing Executive

As the Retail Marketing Executive you will support the Retail Marketing Manager in the development, implementation, and review of all Retail Marketing material. You’ll be responsible supporting in the day-to-day management of the Retail Marketing channels, optimising promotions and products and supporting the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a proactive individual able to work with wider marketing teams to support the business targets.  

·      Work with the Marketing and product teams to produce and execute a campaign schedule that aligns to the business needs.

·      Work closely with the design team to create and review all in-shop marketing.

·      Provide Admin Support.

·      Support Shop Staff and other key stakeholders

·      Plan, design, and execute campaigns via all channels.

·      Understand KPI performance, trends and opportunities to improve future marketing activity.

·      Ensure all promotions, terms and conditions and campaigns are compliant and in line with the Gambling Commission, GDPR and ASA guidelines.

·      Liaise with brand teams and Betfred.com marketing teams to ensure consistency is maintained.

·      Investigate new and innovative ways of communicating with Betfred’s customers.

·      Perform competitor analysis and when relevant utilise to drive growth.

·      Work closely with the wider team supporting the day-to-day marketing requirements including the implementation of campaigns, and the measurement of effectiveness.

·      Knowledge and interest in the sporting calendar and gambling industry.

·      Strong Excel and data management skills.

·      Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

·      Experience of marketing communication systems.

·      Self-motivated and able to manage own workload.

·  Proactive, resourceful, flexible and creative.
