Security Audit Administrator

Based in the Security Department at Head Office, Birchwood, Warrington. This role is key to ensure the risk of fraud, theft and errors are minimised.

The Security Audit Administrator will primarily be responsible for conducting shop system audits identifying errors, fraudulent bets, incorrectly translated bets, errors in settlement.

An excellent knowledge of bets and bet settlement rules will be required for the role. The role is office based.

·    Remotely access and conduct shop audits via computer.

·    Engage with area operations teams

·    Assist shop teams with SSBT’s

·    Check pay-out details, settlement amounts, bet details

·    Identify patterns of fraud

·    Contact shop teams

·    Complete all assigned work daily

·    Work within a team

·    Comply with GDPR and work within departmental procedures and guidelines

·      Good knowledge of the sports betting industry

·      Experience working in a betting shop is preferable

·      Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft office

·      The ability to use an OTT bet settling machine

·      Excellent written and oral communication skills

·      Work as part of a team

· Security systems training will be provided
