Sportsbook Promotions Executive

To assist the Sports Promotions team and wider Sportsbook/Trading teams with the Betfred promotional roadmap strategy for promotional campaigns. 

·      To help with the creation, implementation, fulfilment, and analysis of all sports promotions.

·      Play a pivotal role in reporting and conducting related analysis on sportsbook performance.

·      Serve as a point of contact between key internal departments, ensuring accurate representation of Sportsbook across Betfred's digital channels and press campaigns.

·      Represent Sportsbook in meetings across various departments.

·      Work closely with CRM and Marketing as a point of sign-off for Sportsbook outbound communications, with emphasis being placed on the accurate and intuitive detailing of sports propositions to our customer base.

·      Collaborate with representatives of other products to deliver cross-sell promotions to customers.

·      Collaborate with the Digital Content team to ensure accurate presentation of sports markets and promotions on the website.

·      Work closely with the Compliance department to create and maintain terms and conditions, ensuring adherence to UKGC/ASA & CAP regulations.

·      Act as a point of contact between Sportsbook and Customer Services, resolving queries related to promotions, betting markets, or related products.

·      Assist the team in conducting regular industry-wide competitor analysis on the Sportsbook landscape and make business cases for the introduction of new promotional or product concepts.

·      Frequently presenting innovative new ideas to improve our Sportsbook offering.

·      Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for Sharp Platform releases.

·      Well varied sporting knowledge and a keen interest in sports betting.

·      Confident in working with data, with experience using Google Sheets and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

·    Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, staying abreast of evolving trends in the sports betting industry.
